I've incorporated having 1 green drink each day into my diet.. There are so many smoothies, juice & vegetable drink recipes on the internet these days. Most include milk, almond milk or greek yogurt. ,That's all fine but when you are trying to cut back the amount of hormones you consume in your diet, creating a delicious juice & vegetable drink that's tasty, can be challenging. It took many attempts to get this drink right, but we nailed it!!! For fun we poured it in a copper mug. It really brought out all the flavors and was much tastier than drinking it out of a glass cup, hence the the name! It's smooth and delicious and packed with vitamins that will boost your energy and give you vibrant skin. You can have it as a meal, or serve it on the side with some animal protein and rice or quinoa. . Try it, it's good for you!

HOW TO MAKE IT:
I used a Vitamix blender. Pour in your H20 and ice cubes, then add your green powders and hemp sees followed by your vegetables and fruit. Blend until everything has been turned into a liquid.
