HOW TO MAKE IT:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Place Tilapia in a baking dish. Brush each side with olive oil and season with pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. Place in oven and cook until fish is flaky. About 20 minutes. Dribble lemon over filets and serve.
