HOW TO MAKE IT:
Spray skillet with non-stick butter or pam. Fold in ground chicken and add garlic powder and parsley, to taste. Thoroughly cook ground chicken and transfer 4 oz of the chicken into small mixing bowl. Add chili garlic sauce, diced cucumbers and Bragg’s Amino Liquids and blend together. On a plate, lay out the lettuce cups and pour equal amounts of the chicken onto the lettuce cups and serve. This is a lean and spicy meal, perfect for a light snack, lunch or dinner!
