Weight-Loss Programs

​Whether you eat meat, are a vegetarian, vegan or anything in between, we understand the importance of a balanced diet and can design a plan just for you.

​This program emphasizes the enjoyment of more natural, healthy whole foods (fruits, vegetables, grains), and lean proteins that will help you deal with hunger before it happens.  We don't consider this a diet, but rather a way of eating for life.   Your plan will include healthier alternatives to some of your favorite foods.   
 
This eating plan is a lifestyle not a diet, designed for both weight-loss and maintaining your weight, after you've reached your goal.  You will be eating smaller meals throughout the day.   Eating more frequently gives you a metabolic boost enabling you to burn fat and lose weight fast.
 
The principle behind having small frequent meals is to maintain a steady supply of sugar/glucose in the body, thus preventing the large falls and rises of blood sugar associated with eating three large meals. 


The plan includes:
  • 1 hour consultation
  • Client Assessment of your Health, Diet & Lifestyle, Fitness and Goals, to determine where you are and where you want to be.
  • Clean eating overview to help you understand what clean eating is.
  • Shopping list of all the foods you can chose from.
  • Meal plan designed specifically for you to shed the pounds, increase your metabolic rate and energy.
  • Sample meals for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks.
  • Tips on the best pre & post workout meals and meal timing.
