WHAT'S IN IT?
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup H20
  • 2/3 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup raw broccoli
  • 1 tsp raw spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp raw chlorella powder
  • 1 tsp raw hemp seeds
  • Couple dashes of cinnamon
  • 1 small package of splenda
  • Handful of ice

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Pour all ingredients into a blender, bullet or juicer.   Blend and serve.  This is a complete meal with protein, fiber, fat and carbs...only 350 calories.
