8oz plain low-fat Greek Yogurt ¼ to 1/2 a cup of black berries 1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds 1 teaspoon wheat germ 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon HOW TO MAKE IT: In a small bowl, mix yogurt, berries, flaxseeds, wheat germ, cinnamon and serve! You can mash the berries up in the yogurt to give it more color and flavor.
