Oatmeal Apple Pie

This healthy start taste's just like grandma’s apple pie without the fat, sugar and calories.  

WHAT'S IN IT?
  • 1/3 cup plain oatmeal
  • 1 healthy slice of green apple with skin, chopped
  • 1 tsp flax oil
  • 1 tsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (fat-free, calorie-free, sugar free)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of splenda

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Pour oatmeal, appropriate amount of water and apple into a microwave safe dish.  Cook on high for 1 minute.     Top with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup and a dash of cinnamon.
